My terms of use are just the same, but a lil different from others you read every where.
Sadly we need to have these as some people on this net do not follow nor respect them.
So we graphic artists are forced to make such terms to protect our work..
Upon joining this site, you are agreeing to my terms of use whether or not you have read them


Membership
You DO NOT need a website to join..
Do not give/share your login name/ password with anyone!!
aMember scripts logs ISP's, and when you try to log in under a different ISP,
I will be checking them and if caught sharing your login name/password,
 you will be removed without refund.

You must provide a link back to iddypixels on your membership page.
A text link is not acceptable, you must use a banner provided here.
Please use only banners made from here, not ones made by yourself..

Once you gain entrance to the membership section,
 you have forfeited your rights to a refund. No exceptions.
When your membership expires and you do not renew it, you still need to provide a
link back as long as you continue to use anything done from here.

If you are removed from iddypixels for violating my terms, you will forfeit
your rights to continue use of any graphics made/received from here.


General Terms For my Graphics
When you are done creating something from one of the tuts here,
PLEASE DO NOT change the names of anything made from here to your liking...
Meaning if you are selling or offering an item made from here,
 please keep their 'ORIGINAL' names,
 ie fuddy's zoobers etc...
Please don't call them something else..
I named each one for a reason and would appreciate it if they would keep their original names...

Do not copy, reproduce or duplicate my work in any form and claim it as your work.
 My work is original and mouse drawn by me unless stated otherwise.
DO NOT Frankenpixel my work onto your work and claim it as yours!

I can tell the difference and so can many other pixel artists...
 And they do email me when seeing something copied or frankenpixeled.. ;)


My graphics are for friendly child safe sites and I reserve the right to refuse membership
to any person promoting child abuse, pornography, racism, animal abuse and or illegal actions. 

I reserve the right to change my terms without notice, so please be sure to update yourself with them..

Feel free to save the tuts for off-line use.
Yes you may sell anything made by you from the tutorial results done from  here.
You may use them for personal use,
make sigtags for yourself, friends. or sell sigtags on your website, make websets,
 wall papers, adoptables, or premades.
 you may offer sigtags in forums, groups etc.
Do not claim the idea of the tutorials/results as your own.

You may not redistribute any of the outlines non colored I offer here.
You may not make any type of profit off of the non-colored outlines I offer
Once the outlines are colored in by you, YES you may make a profit off of them.
You are not allowed to make any type of tutorial using any results done/or used from here.
Please do not alter, nor resize the outlines offered from here, .

When using the outlines to make sig tags, I do not have a problem with you adding a heart,
ribbon etc to the image, or even adding it to another image or a different image next to it..
 Isn't that how we use our creativity, by adding things?


Some of the outlines are colored for easier viewing, feel free to recolor them to your liking...
Please save all outlines used from here to your own hard drive. Do not copy and paste them.. ty!

Outline results done from tutorials
I've had a lil confusion among my outlines terms.
 so I am going to try to word this so I don't confuse anyone.
<sorry about that>
You May not sell your finished tutorial outline results.
What I mean is, when you do a tutorial, finish the outline part of it,
you may not offer the non colored outline part in any way nor sell it on your site.
View examples above...
 NON colored outlines are not to be tubed, added in albums/downloads etc for member use.
Once colored, your results are yours to make sigtags, sell them, makes websets,
wall paper, adoptables, or even premades.
 


Terms for making Tubes with finished products.
I do not have a Tube Licenses..
You are more then welcome to offer any work you've done from here as tubes..
If you decide to offer any work done from here as Tubes on your site, please give credit!!
It's simple, if you offer anything done from ip and tubed them, you MUST have on the page the
tubes are offered on a link back to ip!
It is NOT my responsibility to have them link back to me, that is your job to give me credit.
If giving the proper credit is too much of a bother for you to do,
then please do not offer any results from here as tubes.

IF you are interested in using the tubes I offer for download, they have their own terms here.

 and lastly,
Ok, so I've been confronted by several LiveJournal members asking
if they could use items from ip to make blinkies with..
 I don't mind if you offer blinkies using things made from ip..
As long as you have stated on EVERY page that the blinkies are posted on,
 tubes/outlines etc from ip..
With a click able link to http://iddypixels.com ..
Who ever adopts them or whatever does not have to link back to me..
It's YOUR responsibility to give me credit, not them..
and YOUR responsibility to have them give credit to you. ;)

If you are caught Violating my terms in any way
I reserve the right to remove you from iddypixels  without refund!
